Because I am dead broke currently I love to fantasize about things that I will someday be able to afford. This may never happen, but nevertheless it keeps me working hard with my nose to the grindstone. Speaking of which, I need a new grindstone. The first item on my list is a semi-hollow body electric guitar. I've always wanted one of these, but since my guitar bit the dust it's in my head more than usual.
This is a mattress. Mine has been in use since I would imagine 1950. I thing there aren't really springs anymore, just a spongey layer of dust and dead skin cells. Needless to say, I sometimes sleep on my couch.
The 808. Enough said. If I could even just look at one in real life, maybe even just program a 4/4 kick drum, my life would be that much closer to being complete.
Last year I almost bought one of these. Instead I went with the sensible choice of a midi-keyboard and workstation. But I long for the looper. The Electro-Harmonix in particular. Just look at this beauty.
I am just starting to realize how much I want one of these. As an illustrator it is quite hard to draw with a mouse. There are a variety of WACOM tablets which eliminate the mouse, and the one shown here is super expensive, but look at how fun that is.Anyone who stumbles on to my blog with thousands of extra dollars, send cash or money order right away.
